Hellgate meets 4 days/week for group runs at the track in Astoria Park. Please feel free to join us any time. Mondays: 7:30pm. Hill Workouts – Hellgate Bridge, Wednesdays: 7:30pm. Speed Work – Astoria Park Track, Thursdays: 7:30pm. Group run – Astoria Pk Field House, Saturdays: 9:00am. Long Distance – Astoria Pk Field House. The summer months of July, August & September we meet at 8:00am.
