Today after getting back from the karoo for work i was extremely exhausted and wanted to have a lovely take out meal at home.

I love the food but this is the third time in the past week that I have requested but not received chopsticks with my meal from ordering from this branch on Ubereats. I even added an extra note in the instructions section to add chopsticks even though it was already selected as an option for cutlery and should come with my order anyway. What kind of Asian restaurant does not supply chopsticks? This is very frustrating.

Why is this a problem? This is the ONE thing I cannot eat, so while I sit here typing this complaint I have been trying to get ahold of your branch with no answer.

So not only have I spent R250 on dinner for my wife and I, I cannot get ahold of you and have to now order something else from another franchise?

There were mushrooms in my meal, in all the years I have been having the 514 I have never found a mushroom in my meal.

And to add to this frustration, while I asked for no onions and peppers in the 548 and you got that right, I was also given brocolli and cauliflower which I did not ask for. I highly recommend that you pay more attention to your customers’ needs.
